Sister Influencers Show Off Flat Tummies During "Full Body Burn" Workout

Amanda Rosenberg and Ashley Thompson (@roseytimestwo) are a sister-and-sister fitness influencer duo who share diet and workout secrets with their followers on multiple platforms. In a recent social media post the Rosenberg sisters show off their flat tummies during a "full body burn workout" and share details about their set. "You'll want to save this for your next workout," they wrote in the Instagram caption. "This workout will give you a full body BURN and leave you feeling energized and toned. Grab a set of dumbbells and lets work! 🤍💪🏼🩷" See them in action – and also learn about some other of their top lifestyle habits.

The Rosenberg sisters created a 2-2-1 method that they swear by. This method has worked for thousands & all you need are dumbbells!" they wrote in a TikTok caption, adding that you should see a major transformation in just six weeks. 

80/20 Diet

The sisters also promote an "80/20 lifestyle," which means that 80 percent of the time they swear by healthy habits like diet, exercise, and hydration, allowing for a little wiggle room to cheat. 

Protein Focused Meals

The sisters also design their meals around protein – sans protein bars or powders. In one TikTok, they reveal what an average day of eating should look like. Breakfast is 3 eggs and a waffle, totalling 23 grams of protein. For a snack, they enjoy mango with cottage cheese, which offers 20 grams. Lunch is orange chicken (30 grams) followed by a banana muffin and almond butter for a 10 gram snack. For dinner they might eat an egg roll in a bowl with 32 grams of protein, totalling 115 grams of protein altogether.

In another video the girls reveal their top 5 daily habits, starting with walks. "Movement throughout the day is even better than 1 30-minute workout and being stagnant the rest of the day. Incorporate some walking or some lunges every hour or two of your work day," they write. Next up, supplements, followed by swapping coffee for matcha. "Hello sustained energy and no heartburn," they write. Number four is morning workouts. "This way there are no excuses as your day gets filled up," they say. And finally, "pick up the weights," because "here's a secret: they won't make you bulky. They will speed up your fitness journey."
