He Starts by Cooking Thinly Sliced Steak with Mushroom and Onion

"I'm going to be using thinly sliced steak. I'm going to add in our seasonings a little bit of black pepper. Now we're going to fully cook our meat on the stovetop. We're going to add in our steak, some diced mushroom and white onion, and let that fully cook," he instructs.

Benji swaps out the bread with bell peppers. "Pick some bell peppers. I'm going to cut them in half and seed them," he says. "Now we place our bell peppers on a baking sheet or baking dish."

He Tops Them with Cheese

"Lastly, I'm going to top 'em with half a slice of provolone. These babies are ready, I'm going to throw 'em in the oven and bake at three 50 for 20 to 25 minutes," he says, giving the final product a "ten out of ten."
