Are you trying to lose weight, but aren’t sure what to eat? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it fuels your body for fat loss and muscle growth. Body Network spoke with Elaine Morrison, a pilates instructor and nutritional therapy practitioner who helps women look their best from the inside out, and asked her: What do you eat for breakfast when you want to lose weight? Her answer may surprise you.

Make Sure Your Breakfast Is Balanced

“Eating a satiating breakfast that includes enough protein, healthy fat, and fiber will help you maintain steady energy (balanced blood sugar) and make better food choices throughout the day,” says Morrison. “It will help you to feel full and cut down on unnecessary snacking. You'll also have better energy and less brain fog. Balancing blood sugar is key to supporting fat loss.”

Aim for 30 Grams of Protein

Morrison recommends starting by choosing protein and aiming for 30 grams of protein.

Some examples:

  • 2 eggs (1 egg = 6 grams of protein) + 2 chicken sausage
  • 2 eggs + 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (scramble the cottage cheese into the eggs for a creamy texture)
  • 1 serving of protein powder + 2/3 cup of greek yogurt.

Here’s What to Do When Traveling

“When traveling, most airports have Starbucks,” Morrison says. “I tell clients to purchase two servings of the egg white bites (a total of 4), which will give them 24 grams of protein. Purchase an apple if they have it, or bring one with you, and you will have a well-balanced meal.”

Then, Choose a Healthy Fat

Next, make sure you have a healthy fat. “Eggs contain 5 grams of fat/egg, so you'll get enough from eating eggs,” she says. “Choose cottage cheese or Greek yogurt that are low to full fat and that will give you your healthy fat. If you're using protein powder and Greek yogurt to make a smoothie, depending on how much fat is in the yogurt, you can also add a tablespoon of nut butter.”

Amp Up Your Fiber Intake

Next, choose non-starchy vegetables or fruit to add fiber to your meal. “Fiber helps keep you feeling full and supports healthy blood sugar levels,” she says.

Non-starchy vegetables: Saute, roast, or steam broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, spinach, carrots, asparagus.

Fruit with fiber: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, pears. And if you enjoyed this article, don't missthese 8 High-Protein Foods with Nearly Zero Calories That Melt Fat

Do you want to burn fat without counting calories or spending hours at the gym? Abram Anderson is a weight loss coach who regularly shares tips on how to burn fat fast. In a few new video post, he reveals simple hacks for burning fat that take very little effort. “Do you want to lose weight faster than what you're currently doing? But you do not want to count calories, you do not want to take supplements, and you don't want to have to use willpower?” he says, going on to reveal them.

Focus on Speeding Up Your Metabolism

To burn fat fast, you need to rev up your fat-burning system. “One of the tips that I give,” he says in the post, “is to try to speed up your metabolism. There's a few different ways to speed up your metabolism extremely easily.”

Do 30 Seconds of an Activity Right Before You Eat

The first suggestion he has? “You can do 30 seconds of an activity right before you eat. You'll be able to increase your insulin sensitivity right before you eat. You'll be able to eat the same number of calories and store less as fat that way, plus you have a higher metabolism,” he says.

Or, Add Spices to Your Food

“Or you can try to eat spicier food,” he says. “If you were just to add spices to your food, you can literally eat the same number of calories once again and actually burn more of them without having them stored as body fat,” he claims.

Two Tablespoons of Fermented Food Per Meal Helps Melt Body Fat

In another video, he reveals something you should add to every meal to melt body fat. “According to scientific research, two tablespoons of a fermented food with meals” is all you need “if you want to improve your microbiome and melt body fat drastically,” he says.

Kimchi Is the Best One to Eat

Korean,Traditional,Kimchi,On,A,Dark,Background.Shutterstock

“It's not just any fermented food. According to our data, it seems that kimchi seems to far outweigh the benefits for weight loss and microbiome health compared to anything else,” he continues. “So the yogurt just doesn't cut it. But if you could have kimchi in your diet, it can do absolute wonders.”

Disruption of Blood Sugar Leads to Overeating

“If you want to learn how to stop overeating so you can melt body fat easier, this is the advice that we give to our clients inside of our health and life coaching program. And it's helped them melt 20, 50, a hundred plus pounds of body fat without counting calories,” he continues. “This advice might work for you, too. By far, the biggest thing that is leading to overeating is a disruption in your blood sugar levels.”

Here Is the Secret to Prevent Binge Eating

Healthy,Food.,Selection,Of,Good,Carbohydrate,Sources,,High,Fiber,RichShutterstock

“What happens is you eat something that's high in carbohydrates and easy to digest, and you get a blood sugar spike. When you have a blood sugar spike, even if you're staying in normal ranges, your body will release insulin, which will cause a blood sugar spike down. That spike down causes you to feel uncontrollably hungry, where you feel like you can eat everything in sight,” he says. “The solution to this is to add in complex carbohydrates, water, and a food from nature inside of that meal, and that's how you prevent binge eating.”

And, Walking Is the Most Effective Workout for Losing Body Fat

“Walking has proven to be the most effective exercise for losing body fat, at least for my clients,” adding that “it doesn't actually require a whole lot of effort in order to see phenomenal results with it.” However, when you walk matters. “If you choose when you do your walk, you can actually maximize your results. So if you were to actually walk first thing in the morning or walk immediately after a workout for whatever reason, that seems to increase the amount of body fat you lose. And my theory is twofold,” he says.

Walking in the Morning Can Help Curb Cortisol Levels When They Are the Highest

“One, when you walk in the morning, you get sunshine, and your cortisol levels are the highest. You can actually curb that and better metabolize stress hormones because cortisol has been shown to be both anabolic to fat and catabolic muscle. So you can curb that if you walk in the morning,” he says.

The other best time to walk? “Two, if you were to walk after a workout, you actually utilize something called the afterburn effect,” he says. Struggling to see results from your weight loss efforts? You're not alone. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking to break through a plateau, having the right strategies can make all the difference. Christine Hronec, founder and CEO of Gauge Girl Training, food scientist, and former national bikini competitor, shares her expert insights on accelerating your weight loss journey safely and effectively. Read on to discover seven proven tips that can help you achieve your goals faster.

Start Your Day with High-Protein Foods

"According to the International Journal of Obesity, eating a high-protein breakfast could help reduce cravings and lower your calorie intake throughout the day," Christine explains in her post. She emphasizes starting your day with foods like eggs, egg whites, turkey bacon, or protein shakes to create a positive nitrogen balance, which significantly impacts appetite control throughout the day.

Skip the Sugary Drinks

Soft drinksShutterstock

Research from the Institute of Cardiovascular and Medical Sciences backs Christine's advice to eliminate sugary beverages and fruit juices. "Your body needs to burn through glucose and carbohydrates before it shifts over into fat loss," she notes. It takes approximately 20-25 minutes for your body to switch to fat-burning mode at rest, and sugary drinks only delay this process.

Drink Water Before Meals

"The Journal of Clinical Nutrition has shown that drinking water before meals reduced caloric intake and improved weight management," Christine shares. She recommends consuming between 2-2.5 liters daily as a minimum, though ideally aiming for a gallon (3.74 liters) for optimal results.

Increase Your Fiber Intake

Composition with assorted organic vegetables and fruits.Shutterstock

Christine stresses the importance of soluble fiber, recommending at least 17 grams daily for women and 25 grams for men. "Fiber helps detoxify the liver of excess estrogens and hormones, helps remove excess cholesterol, and keeps you feeling fuller longer," she explains. Good sources include vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and avocados.

Add Black Coffee or Tea

According to Christine, studies in Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition support caffeine's role in boosting metabolism and fat loss. However, she cautions that pregnant or nursing women, and those with hormone imbalances or certain health conditions should limit or avoid caffeine intake.

Focus on Whole Foods

"Nowhere in nature do you find high-sugar, high-carb foods combined," Christine points out. She advocates for building your diet around real, whole foods rather than processed alternatives. While you can lose weight eating processed foods in a caloric deficit, whole foods help you feel fuller longer and support healthier habits.

Prioritize Quality Sleep

Christine emphasizes that quality sleep is often underrated in weight loss. "Poor sleep can burn out your adrenals and cortisol levels, leading to hasty decisions and poor nutrition choices," she warns. Making sleep a priority helps maintain energy levels and supports better decision-making throughout your weight loss journey. Do you feel like you are doing all the right things, but for whatever reason you are struggling to lose weight? If you are worried that your body isn’t efficiently burning fat, there might be a good explanation, says one expert. Justin Nault (@theclovisculture) is a nutritional therapist specializing in repairing damaged metabolisms with a large following on social media. In one recent viral TikTok video, he explains why your body might be struggling to shed weight. “The most surprising reason you aren’t burning fat,” he says. Body Network’s Resident RDN, The Diet Diva Tara Collingwood, also weighs in.

He Claims That 88 Percent of Adults Have Metabolic Dysfunction

Female doctor measuring waist of overweight woman with measuring tape in clinicShutterstock

“For almost everyone, this is [in the] top three and for many of you, this is number one,” he says. 88 percent of adults have some form of metabolic dysfunction, which basically means that your body is not turning the food you eat into energy correctly.”

This means that “not only do you feel tired, anxious, and moody, but all that food that isn't being used for energy gets stored as fat,” he claims. “This is why overweight people show symptoms of both having too much stored energy, aka body fat, and yet too little usable energy.”

To Fix It, You Need Micronutrients and Calories

Woman,,Balance,Weight,Scale,health,scalesShutterstock

“So how do we fix this?” he continues. “For your metabolism to turn food into usable energy, you need two things: Micronutrients and calories.

“If you were eating the way your ancestors did, you'd be getting both of these without even thinking about it. But very few people have these two imbalanced these days. If your body doesn't burn fat easily when you cut calories, you're not getting enough micronutrients,” he continues.

This Is Why Most Diets Fail

I'll eat you tiny pea! Weight loss concept. Close up photo portrait of mad lady's eye looking at small one pea on large big plate on tableShutterstock

“This is where all of diet culture goes horribly wrong,” he claims. “This is why over 95 percent of diets fail. You can't just keep cutting calories lower and lower if the metabolism is shot to begin with, you need to ramp up your metabolic rate.”

According to Nault, one of the best ways to increase metabolism is to increase the micronutrients. “And if you don't know where to start, these are my favorite ways to do that,” he says.

Consume 30 Grams of Protein Within 30 Minutes of Waking Up

Three poached eggs with egg yolk on a white plate on a marble board and golden forksShutterstock

The first way is to consume 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. “There's a reason I talk about this all the time: It is a game changer,” he says. “I know this is hard for some people. I've been training clients for a long time, so if this is a challenge for you, I make a chocolate superfood powder that is literally just a powdered form of some of my favorite whole foods packed with protein and metabolism boosting micronutrients. Put a scoop in your coffee, whip up a few eggs, done.”

And, Eat More Animal Protein

Medium,Rare,Ribeye,Steak,,Herbs,Grass,Fed, Beefed,meatShutterstock

The second? “Eat more animal protein,” he says, recommending red meat, wild caught fish, shellfish, and organ meats, “all super nutrient dense, whole food sources,” he says.

Starvation Slows Your Metabolism

tara_collingwood5dietdivatara/Instagram

Body Network’s Resident RDN, Tara Collingwood, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD/N, ACSM-CPT, a Board Certified Sports Dietitian and co-author of the Flat Belly Cookbook for Dummies, explains that what Nault is describing isn’t metabolic dysfunction per se, but simply how the body works. “Whatever doesn’t get used for energy gets stored as fat. And once it’s stored, it is not easily accessed (as easily as breaking down food eaten immediately), so it is easier for the body to store excess calories than to get them out again and use them for energy,” she explains.

She does agree with his reasoning for why diets don’t work. “When you don’t eat, you are telling your body to hang on and reduce metabolism because survival is your body’s number one goal. It will store excess calories when you do eat if you regularly starve yourself at other times,” she says.

Eat Your Proteins

Avocado toast with poached egg on a wooden board. Breakfast concept.Shutterstock

And while micronutrients are important (vitamins and minerals) they are not necessarily going to produce weight loss otherwise everyone taking a multivitamin would be burning fat, she points out. “Most people, even if they are reducing their calories, are getting plenty of micronutrients unless they are doing much less than 1200 calories,” she says. “Protein is a macronutrient, not a micronutrient, but the protein powder and eggs both are packed with a lot of vitamins and minerals as well.” She is also “a huge fan of protein in the morning, but not sure it needs to be within 30 minutes of getting up,” she says. “I typically recommend a mix of carbs and protein within an hour of getting up.”

She also agrees that animal protein “is definitely higher in micronutrients as well as amino acid quality than plant protein,” however “that doesn’t mean you need to eat only animal protein or start eating organ meats (think liver) to get what you need,” she explains.

💪🔥Body Booster: “I recommend a mix of plant and animal proteins to get a variety of nutrients,” says Body Network’s Resident RDN.

Are you looking for a new breakfast idea to help jumpstart your weight loss? Sure, eggs and oatmeal are RD-approved meals, but if you are getting bored with the same old foods, Jamie Maitland, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Founder of The Office Health, and author of The 21 Day Reset Cookbook, has developed a recipe you don’t want to miss—and she is ready to share it exclusively with Body Network readers. “Here’s one of my favorite go-to breakfasts that’s packed with protein and can really help kickstart your weight loss,” she says.

Start Your Day With a Boost

“Start your day with a high-protein boost by adding a protein shake to your morning routine. In my 21 Day Reset Cookbook, I share a recipe for a super tasty cold brew coffee protein shake that I (and my clients!) absolutely love,” she says.

Why Protein in the Morning Is a Great Idea

Protein is a great way to start the day. Not only do you need protein to build muscle, but it will help fill you up, making you less likely to grab unhealthier food throughout the day.

How Protein Can Help You Lose Weight

Jamie MaitlandCopyright jamiemaitland/Instagram

According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Why Coffee Is Also Great for Your Health

Jamie MaitlandCopyright jamiemaitland/Instagram

According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

  • 2 scoops of The Office chocolate or vanilla protein powder (5 clean ingredients with no fillers, no artificial additives, and no sugar)
  • 1/4 cup of honey or unsweetened cereal from Lovebird

Blend Ingredients

To make the protein shake, toss all the items into a blender. Blend it up and enjoy, adding more water if needed.

You Can Also Add an Egg White Omelet

“If you’re in the mood for something more substantial, pair the shake with an egg white omelet. Egg whites are packed with protein and low in calories, making them a perfect complement,” she says.

Fill It with Lots of Veggies

After cooking the egg whites, don’t forget to fill your omelet up. “Fill your omelet with veggies like mushrooms, asparagus, onions, and spinach for extra fiber and nutrients.

Why This Makes a Great Breakfast

What makes the shake plus omelet a home run for weight loss? “This combo of a nutrient-rich protein shake and a protein-packed egg white omelet will rev up your metabolism, support muscle maintenance, and set a solid foundation for effective weight loss,” she continues.

Growing up in Ohio, my life revolved around sports. I was so serious about being “the female Michael Jordan” that I convinced my parents to build a half-basketball court in our backyard and turn our basement into a full-blown workout facility. Playing sports and working out year-round ultimately got me into learning about food and healthy ways of eating. That then turned into wanting to help others do the same, which is why I became a Stanford Medicine-certified nutritionist and started my business, Stripped with Melissa. This turned into working with Body Network's sister site, Eat This, Not That! on their Medical Expert Board. Helping people with their nutrition and on their weight loss journey is my greatest love and passion! Good Ol’ H2O

Portrait of adult women stand hold glass of water and look out the window1. Hydrate the Right WayShutterstock

Yes, water! Water is SO awesome for your entire body, especially when trying to burn belly fat or any fat. Not only does water fill you up without filling you out, but it keeps your body hydrated. A hydrated body allows for fat molecules to break down, helping you to burn off energy!

Avocado

Sliced,Avocado,On,A,Cutting,BoardAvocadoShutterstock

Not only is avocado one of my absolute favorite foods ever, but it’s also full of omega-3 fatty acids which helps to reduce visceral fat. Visceral fat is also known as “toxic fat” stored for winter or any season deep within your body, especially within your belly. The more we can chop away at the visceral fat, the slimmer and healthier your belly and body become!

Kale & Spinach

Numbers 3 & 4 go to the rockstars kale and spinach. Not only can you eat them raw or cook them up in so many ways, but dark leafy greens are low-calorie, little to no fat, and perfect for getting that belly lean and mean!

Eggs in the packageEggsShutterstock

Numbers 5 & 6 go to my other loves, eggs and fish! Protein-packed foods like these two all-stars increase your body’s metabolic function, which gets your body working, resulting in less abdominal fat! Whole eggs are great, but just using the whites is very eggcellent with lower calories than eating the egg yolk as well.

Hot Sauce

Number 7 might be my all-time favorite ever… hot sauce! The hot part of your favorite spicy food comes from a compound called capsaicin. This has been shown to boost your metabolism, helping your body to burn more calories and fat. Hot sauce or salsa are also beneficial when used as a healthy, low-calorie ingredient or condiment instead of high-fat butter or margarine. When in doubt, hot sauce it out!

Beans

Beans beans, they’re good for your heart, the more you eat them the more you… lose that weight! Yes, it’s true, beans ARE the magical fruit! Low-fat and loaded with fiber, beans help to keep your body filling up without filling you out!

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is SO fine that’s why it’s #9! Oh, how I LOVE cinnamon. Whether adding to your morning coffee or bowl of oatmeal, there are many benefits to using cinnamon. As with hot sauce or salsa, it has zero to no calories and is an amazing substitute for sugar. While sipping that cinnamon in your coffee, digestion is improved which lends to your metabolism kicking into gear and burning extra calories and fat!

Nuts

Both are also high in protein helping you to feel fuller for a longer time.

Apples

An apple a day keeps the belly fat away! Apples are one of the highest-fiber fruits packing a huge healthy punch to that belly fat. Fiber slows digestion in your gut, helping you feel fuller longer. Whether you’re a hot tea or an iced tea lover, green tea contains not only caffeine, but a type of antioxidant called catechin. Catechin combined with the caffeine can speed up your metabolism, increasing the amount of energy used and helping to break down that stubborn excess belly fat. So, grab a glass or cup, add some cinnamon and say bye-bye to that weight!

Belly Flab Strip Tip: Sugar and Fat Calories Leave Its Mark on Your Body

You know that old saying “You are what you eat”? Well, I’m a very firm believer in it! Eating donuts every day doesn’t mean you are going to turn into one however, all the calories, sugar and fat in those donuts will leave its mark on your body. A funny story about that little saying too…when first becoming a mom, I was big on making sure my baby had enough vegetables. When taking my boy to his one-year check-up, the doctor asked if I often fed him orange-colored vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash. I proudly responded, “Yes!” She then asked me to look at the bottom of his feet and pointed out the light color of orange they were. While she was very proud as his pediatrician, she said he’s literally turning orange, so maybe don’t have to feed him so many!

You don’t need to spend a lot of money on a fancy gym membership or a personal trainer if you want to get into shape and lose weight. According to one weight loss warrior, all you really need is a pair of good walking shoes. Carlo, a home assistant expert and social media influencer, lost a whopping 50 pounds in 8 months with the help of daily walks. In a viral video, he explains exactly how he did it. “I lost around 50 pounds basically walking an hour every day. I decided to make a video showing the progress so I could look back at it and keep myself both motivated and accountable,” he writes in the caption.

He Wants to Help Inspire Others with His Story

Carlo explains that he took a break from social media, “a step back and I started focusing on my health. I was about 250 pounds at the beginning of this year. And I've always enjoyed watching these transformation videos of people who, you know, they've done things, they've done some weight loss. I find it very inspiring. So I've had some success with my journey. So I thought I'd make this video just to add my voice to the mix out there,” he says.

He Tipped the Scales at 250

He explains that he started his weight loss journey in January, 2020, tipping the scales at 250 pounds. “This was by far the highest I've been. I've always struggled with weight loss. I've definitely lost some weight here and there. It's always been like, sort of attached to something else. So the kids had sports, and maybe during their practices, I would walk and I would begin to lose some weight. I'd find some success, but when the season ended and the practices stopped, I would stop and the weight would come back.

He Set a Goal to Walk 3 Miles Every Day

“This time around, I decided to do walking again. So I definitely wanted my journey to be something that I could do for the long haul. Something that I could sustain, just keep moving the whole time. So I tried to walk every single day, three miles. It was basically the goal I had,” he says.

He Was Inspired by Someone Who Did a 5K Daily

He says that he was “inspired” by someone he saw on Twitter “who was doing a 5K every day for a hundred days,” he says. “I said, you know what, I'm gonna try to do this. I'm gonna try to walk, not really run, but just walk 5K every day for a hundred days and see where it gets me.”

It Took Him an Hour to Walk 3 Miles or 7,000 Steps

He explains that some days he walks at a slower pace, especially when he doesn’t feel like walking. “I don't wanna do this, but I'm gonna get it done. So even if you just walk at a slow pace, it's better than not doing it at all.” He ends up walking three miles in an hour, or 7,000 steps.

It Wasn’t “Too Taxing” On His Body

“It was something that wasn't too taxing on my body. I did it every single day, getting to about 115 straight days.” He says the weight loss started, and “progressively came down every day.”

He Started Working Out with a Trainer

He also started working out with a personal trainer and strength coach. “I wanted to walk, but I also wanted to do some strength and try to up my metabolism, up the muscle growth, in addition to cardio, just to lose weight,” he says. He learned how to do body weight exercises, like pushups, sit-ups, “just normal calisthenic things.” However, “the anchor to everything was the walking.”

He Walks No Matter What

He reiterates that even when he gets home late, he makes sure to walk. “I'm gonna put that time in. I'm gonna trust that process, and I'm gonna just keep working at this.”

He Also Logged His Food

Walking also helped him with his eating. “If you walk every day, then maybe you snack a little less. I was logging all my food.” He says that the daily habit helped him “stay on that right path.”

He Lost 55 Pounds in 7 Months

Over 7 months he went from 250 down to 195, losing “a good 55 pounds with maybe one to two days a week of strength training, and then seven days a week of walking, just walking every single day.”

After 8 Months, His Weight Stabilized at 205

Now his weight has stabilized at 205. “It's a good 50 pound loss for me, which is great. My energy is super high. My cardiovascular is a lot better. I can run more. I've started jump roping. That's a new thing that I've added to my workout routine.”

He Hopes His Story Will Help Others

“I just wanted to share this story with others. I'm just a normal dude. I'm 47, so creeping up on 50, just trying to get back in shape, trying to change the chemistry of my body, the composition of my body to lead a healthier lifestyle, which I think is good for everyone.”

Are you dealing with high cortisol and struggling to lose weight? Katie Tufte is a mom and influencer whose mission is “helping moms conquer weight loss, energy, and support cortisol + GLP-1 naturally.” In a new social media post, she reveals the simple changes she made to lose weight fast. “5 habits that helped me go from 175 to 140 pounds in 5 months,” she writes.

She Discovered She Had High Cortisol

“When I discovered I was dealing with high cortisol, I felt stuck—like nothing was working for me. But I made a few key changes to my daily routine that helped me lower cortisol naturally and finally start losing weight,” she writes.

Less Intense Workouts

Swapping out high-intensity workouts for lower-intensity alternatives was a game-changer. “I started walking…a lot! And strength training 3-4 times a week!” she reveals.

She Hydrated

She also prioritized hydration. However, she didn’t drink plain water; instead drinking water infused with minerals. “Staying hydrated with electrolytes,” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Went to Bed Earlier

By setting an earlier bedtime, getting more sleep also enabled her to lose weight faster. “Prioritizing sleep is crucial for stress relief and hormone balance,” she says. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

She Changed Her Diet

She also made some dietary changes. “I started eating balanced meals, focusing on increasing protein to stabilize my blood sugar,” she says. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Cortisol Supporting Supplement

She maintains that taking a cortisol-supporting supplement was very helpful. “This was the game-changer that helped manage my stress levels effectively,” she says.

You Can Break the Cycle

“Within 5 months, I lost 30 pounds that I’d been struggling with for years, and my energy levels came back! And about a year later, I added in gut health and lost another 5! By supporting your cortisol levels and gut health, you can finally break free from the cycle of stress and weight gain,” she says.
