"Welcome back to another tip and trick on how I lost 101 pounds in seven months. First off, go get yourself some Chick-fil-A ice. Just look at this ice, bro. Just look at it. It's beautiful," she says in the video. "Yes, they sell ice bags," she adds in the caption, adding some of the ice to a glass.
Next, Grab Powder Packets
"And your dentist is going to hate me for this one, but I also have these packets," she says, showing an image of various individual packages of Hawaiian Punch, Crush, and Starburst Singles to Go. "They're five to 10 calories each. Come in multiple flavors. I chose this one because personally it's my favorite. This one is five calories," she says about a Starburst Blue Raspberry pack.

Mix the Powder with the Ice
"Next, you just want to pour it all over your ice, just all over," she says. "Then you want to go grab a spoon and mix it up. It makes it really good," she continues, eating a bite of the colored ice pebbles. "I promise it's good. And then here we go. Voila, it's delicious."
You Can Also Make It Into a Slushi
Nour adds that if you have a blender, you can change the texture. "You can also blend it and make us slushy. I highly recommend that too," she says.
According to the Singles to Go website, each pack has just five calories and two grams carbohydrates. Ingredients include citric acid, maltodextrin, aspartame, and natural and artificial flavor.

An RDN Weighs In
The Diet Diva, Tara Collingwood, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD/N, ACSM-CPT, a Board Certified Sports Dietitian is a "fan of the flavored drink sticks to provide some flavor to your water," but hasn't tried it with ice. "I would personally prefer her blender method to make it into a slushy myself," she says. "The packets are very low in carbs/calories and high in flavor. They do have artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners, so if you are trying to stay more natural in your diet, you won't enjoy these packets." While the packets themselves won't help you lose weight, it is a great hack to enjoy a sweet treat that is low in calories. There is nothing in the packets that will cause weight loss. This is simply a case of using the packets to eat/drink something that tastes sweet but is very low in calories.
