On Sunday night, the season three finale of The White Lotus shocked audiences with a Mike White plot twist nobody saw coming, with two – not one – body bags being loaded up at the local airport. Just because the season is over and we will all have to wait a long time before the next group of tourists arrives at another location of the luxury fictional resort, there are still things to be learned about some of the season’s leading ladies. Here are The White Lotus season three cast's real-life health hacks and diet and fitness secrets.
Michelle Monaghan Focuses Nutrition Around Protein
Michelle Monaghan, who just turned 49, focuses her nutrition around protein. "Breakfast is my fuel for the day. It might be a bowl of goat's-milk yogurt with granola, berries, and raisins, and maybe shaved almonds and flaxseed thrown in, and a banana smoothie,” she dished to Women’s Health. Overall, she isn’t a fan of diets. "I don't think they make sense,” Michelle says about diets. “Ultimately, it's eating sensibly...but if I'm at a restaurant, all bets are off!" She eats salads “three or four times a week.” Turkey sandwiches with avocado and a slice of Swiss cheese are another favorite, and also homemade soup, "broccoli, cauliflower, butternut squash—make a big batch and you have it for days," she says. Fish, including trout and salmon, paired with steamed or roasted veggies or brown rice, is one of her favorite dinners.
Leslie Bibb Does Yoga and Meditates
Leslie Bibb, who just turned 50, relies on yoga and meditation. “I am a morning person, by the way, so I like to get up early and I like to listen to some jazz. And then I try to do yoga with my yoga teacher, this wonderful teacher in Los Angeles, Jenny Brill. It just gets me back in my body,” she told The Zoe Report. “I think yoga is like a treat for myself because I do a private [lesson], which is nice.” She added: “Yoga for me has been a really centering, good thing.” She also gets her zen on. “I always try to meditate. I've done a meditation class. I have a mantra. I have it all. But it's hard sometimes. My brain can get a little busy,” she says.

Carrie Coon 44, is all about exercising. She even brings workout equipment with her when she travels. “I’m a very good packer,” Coon told Harper’s Bazaar. “I experience a lot of shame if I have a heavy suitcase. I have some weights in there because there isn’t a gym at this hotel….’ And my husband’s like, ‘Nobody cares!’ But I have to tell everyone why it’s heavy.” The actress enjoys strength training, sharing her go-to workout in July 2024.

Charlotte Le Bon Relies on Hot and Cold Water Therapy
Charlotte Le Bon, 38, is all about hot and cold soaks. Her Instagram feed shows she enjoys cold plunging in freezing lakes. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery. She also takes baths. Clay locks on sixties tiles,” she captioned an image. Hot water soaks have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits. According to Loughborough University research published in the journal Temperature, relaxing in a hot bath can burn as many calories as a 30-minute walk, about 140 calories.
Aimee Lou Woods Hydrates with Coconut Water
During filming, Aimee Lou Wood, 31, indulged in Thailand’s local cuisine. “Thai food in general is pretty amazing - it’s so hearty and flavoursome. But my addiction out there was Thai coconuts - they get fresh coconuts out of the trees, cut off the tops and put in a straw, and I couldn’t get enough of them,” she told Marie Claire UK. “It was full on, and at one point I was like, am I making myself ill? I don’t think I’m supposed to have this much coconut water! People kept telling me, ‘Aimee Lou, you’re having a lot of coconut!’ as if it was some really risky thing, but it was becoming a problem. I couldn’t go five minutes without a coconut!”
Parker Posey Relies on Ayurvedic Practices
Parker Posey, 56, has been practicing Ayurveda for many years. “I spent some time in New Mexico -- I was doing a movie called The Eye -- where there is the Ayurvedic Institute. I hit it off with them and sat in on some lectures, and it was fascinating. Your journey is to heal yourself through what your body is telling you. I hit it off with them and sat in on some lectures at the Institute, and it was fascinating,” she once told WebMD, revealing that her dominant type is Dosha Pita. “It's small frame, quick mind, consume things quickly and forget just as easily. There are foods and herbs you can take to counter that. Your journey is to heal yourself through what your body is telling you.” She also changed her diet. “I gave up wheat and sugar. And coffee. [I] have more energy, [am] not as tired, not taking naps, not moody, not lethargic -- since I [also] gave up red meat, and I eat the occasional chicken. I feel so much saner.
