Osbourne dealt with an addiction to food for many years.
"We all have our own little addictions that we do not in moderation but too much, and mine is food. I mean, I am a food addict," the celeb told Entertainment Tonight (via PEOPLE).
She Dealt With an "Eating Disorder"

Osbourne also told E! that she struggled with an "eating disorder."
"It's a mental thing. Sometimes, I would eat to punish myself and then I wouldn't eat to show that I had control of my life. I tried exercising, but I'm too lazy for that," she revealed.
She Took Ozempic

Osbourne took a prescription weight-loss drug—Ozempic—during her health journey. The medication suppresses appetite and promotes significant weight loss.
"I started on Ozempic last December and I've been off it for a while now, but my warning is don't give it to teenagers, it's just too easy," Osbourne shared with Daily Mail in 2023.
She Started the Atkins Low-Carb Diet

One way Osbourne totally revamped her eating habits was by following the Atkins diet, which emphasizes low-carb, high-protein meals.
She told PEOPLE the diet was "unbelieveable," adding, "It gave me structure to a part of my life that I had very little self-control over. I always had bad problems with my weight, flip-flopping all the time, so it's something that taught me to take care of myself."

Those on the Atkins diet should limit or avoid refined grains (white bread, white pasta, white rice), sugar (soft drinks, ice cream, candy, cakes, and fruit juices), "low-fat" and "diet" foods, starchy vegetables (potatoes), high-carb fruits (apples, pears, oranges, and bananas), and legumes (lentils, beans, and chickpeas).
